Toshiba successfully developed a power saving up to 85% of the mobile product RAM

RAM prototype chip before Toshiba announced that they have successfully developed a low power consumption of mobile devices (not the picture those). 27% of its combination of the two called the bit line power calculator (BLPC) and digitized hold circuit controller (DCRC) the prototype wafer test results in temperatures of 25 degrees, the device is used when power-saving , while the standby power 85%. Can be so energy efficient because BLPC can more accurately predict in the active device to consume much electricity DCRC will update the standby time of the device in the size of the buffer memory drive. How long will it take to Toshiba did not predict this RAM technology required developers to complete, so the more there is no timetable for the listing.
