WELLINGTON. - The founder of the website Megaupload, Kim Dotcom, indicted for fraud and violation of copyright, accused the U.S. authorities have mounted a case "misleading and malicious" against him, and said they will not win the process judiciary.
Released on bail last week in New Zealand after a month in jail since his arrest on January 20, Kim Schmitz, aka "Kim Dotcom", he was confident the charges removed filed against the Department of Justice United States the FBI.
