This week there was good news for Colombia in the MWC2012: the ICT Ministry won the award for 'Government Leadership' program with its Digital Experience , but it was the only winner in the Global Mobile Awards, which were delivered under the Congress in Barcelona.



This year the awards, organized by the GSM Association ( GSMA ), set a record with 600 entries this year, more than 170 independent analysts, journalists, academics, experts and representatives of leading mobile operators around the world were the charge of the prosecution.
