Zalman is preparing to release a CPU cooler CNPS12X

The South Korean vendor Zalman is preparing to enter high-performance CPU cooling system CNPS12X. Externally, the new cooler like many previous decisions, Zalman, who used the omega-shaped structure. The cooling system consists of a double sink massive tower, six heat pipes with diameter of 6 millimeters and three fans.
Through direct contact with the surface of the processor, six heat pipes efficiently transfer heat more evenly distributing it on the aluminum fins fan. Scattering area is 9600 square centimeters. Fan blades operate at a speed of 950 to 1200 revolutions per minute. The noise level of the cooler is around 25 dB. Also includes a special low-speed mode, which reduces the number of revolutions to 850 - 1100, limiting the noise level to 22 dBA.
The cooler is compatible with current Intel platforms LGA 775, 1366, 1156, 1155 and 2011, and AMD socket AMD AM2, AM3, AM3 + and FM1. Weight novelty is about 1 kilogram. CPU cooling Zalman CNPS12X will go on sale in October, its price is 89 dollars.
